• Up to 5 contact attempts per referee (2 phone calls and 3 emails)

• If a referee is unresponsive after 5 days, clients have 3 days to provide a replacement referee for the same candidate at no extra cost

• 5-day close-out policy for non-responsive referees

• Secure verification summary provided for every candidate

All referee data is encrypted during transfer and securely stored.
Access is restricted to authorised Rally Verification staff, and data is automatically removed after the agreed retention period. Our clients can trust that every verification is handled with full confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
